Nonprofit Project Sites
If your agency is interested in hosting a project (or multiple projects) for May of Caring, please make sure projects meet the following requirements:

The project should take about half of a work day to complete (3 hours) and be either in the morning from 9am-12pm or afternoon from 1-4pm.

The project date should be May 15th, 16th, or 17th. Dates outside this time will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to approval by UWFC

Any project supplies or equipment needed for the project that you will NOT be providing should be indicated on the project form

Establish a Primary Project Coordinator and Secondary Project Coordinator that will be on site for May of Caring - these people will be the contact working with the volunteer team leader to make necessary arrangements for completing the project

If your agency is submitting multiple projects, please register multiple times - one registration form per project.

Volunteer Groups
If you are interested in coordinating a volunteer team for May of Caring, please make sure your group can meet the following requirements:

Plan on volunteering for 3 hours either in the morning from 9am-12pm or afternoon from 1-4pm (you can indicate your availability/preference)

The majority, if not all, projects will be held on May 15th, 16th, and 17th. Please make sure your group is available to volunteer for one of those dates.

Establish one Volunteer Team Leader to be the contact with the agency (once UWFC connects you) and be responsible for sharing project information with members of their team

Registration will open in mid-March.

Make sure everyone in your group signs the Group Volunteer Release Form prior to your project.
Individual Volunteer
We have many individuals sign up and join us for projects, as well. We encourage you to sign up to volunteer with us! Registration will open in mid-March.
